I have a small woman owned and run farm in Smartsville, CA and am blessed with an overabundance of fruits and vegetables available as "Pick your Own." I use all organic practices and have a wonderful variety of produce available.
Currently I have:
San Marzano Tomatoes ~ $3.00 lb
Heirloom Tomatoes (slicers) ~ $3.00 lb
Lemon Cucumbers ~ $.50 each
Armenian Cucumbers $2.00 each
Regular Cucumbers ~ $1.00 each
Green Beans ~ $3.00 lb
Figs ~ $5.00 for a dozen
Melons $3.00-$5.00 Each
Sugar Pie Pumpkins ~ $4.00 each (Excellent for baking and soups)
Spaghetti Squash ~ $3.00 each
Acorn Squash ~ (ready in a couple of weeks) $2.00 each
Herbs, ~ Basil and Mint $3.00 bunch
Flowers ~ $5.00 Bunch
Eggs ~ $5.00 Dozen ( call to see if available)
The farm is child friendly, however, we are bordered by a deep, year round creek. Patch is the resident farm dog. He is barky, but gentle as a lamb. Call to make an appointment to harvest.
