The reality is that making a local food system work requires a lot of sacrifice on the part of both us as the farmers and you as the customers. This week, it looked like multiple family members picking up our beef on Friday evening after work, weighing and stocking meat Friday night and Saturday morning, and entering inventory early morning before market. Not to mention the family who watches our daughter so we can do all that. We recognize that our customers sacrifice by carefully budgeting your grocery funds and taking extra time when you could buy your meat possibly cheaper and with less time via a grocery store pick-up. It Takes all of us to make it work, but the result is economic resources that stay in our county and better quality food for all of us. Thank you for making it possible ❤️ Meat you at Indiana County Farmers' Market for your MCF Angus Steaks and burgers this morning🥩
