We are working hard trying to perfect our homemade sausages. This is Jalapeno Chedar Sausage with Brisket. One very delicious item that will be in the menu. Will post finishing product after it is smoked.

Hi everyone. I hope all is well. Since we have been closed, we have been working hard to perfect our food that we will be serving soon. We will have a new menu and I promise you will not be dissapointed. So far we have started with a new business logo. We will likely be open Sat and Sun for now. I will be making shirts to purchase and some that i will be giving away as a promotion. We will be located in Nixon. I will keep you all posted the closer we get to re-opening. I would like to thank yall for your continued support.

Hi community, family, and friends. I hope all is well. We were going to ride this out and hope to open soon. Unfortunately the property is being sold. We will be closed indefinitely. I will focus on other options on relocating my business. In the mean time, everyone stay safe. Thank you all for your support and i hope to be back in business.
