WEDNESDAY
Fish Steak (Bistek Style) – Tender fish simmered in our savory, tangy soy-calamansi sauce. Simple, classic, and full of flavor.

THURSDAY
Crispy Belly Kare-Kare – Crunchy pork belly served with our rich, homemade peanut sauce and bagoong on the side.
Dinuguan – Comfort in a bowl! Rich and flavorful, perfect with rice or p**o.

FRIDAY
Creamy Salted Egg Shrimp – Juicy shrimp coated in creamy, buttery salted egg sauce addicting in every bite!
Beef Mechado – Slow cooked beef in tomato sauce with potatoes, carrots and bell peppers lambot to the max!

SATURDAY
Palabok – Topped with garlic, shrimp, and chicharon—every bite tastes like home.
