It’s a Monday brew day!
School schedule has the brewing start a little later 😆!

Roggenbier is a beer produced with up to 60% rye malt. The style originated in Bavaria, southern Germany, and is brewed with the same type of yeast as a German Hefeweizen, resulting in a similar light, dry, spicy taste. -Wikipedia
Of course we are putting our twist “in” it.

It’s SATURDAY!!!

And SMOKE SHOW was SMOKIN’ HOT in the taproom yesterday! So much so we sold almost 50 of her alone! This to say…she’s on her last leg…er, keg! Come and get her while you can! 🔥

She’ll be alongside Seems Fine, our newest IPA, which also is going fast! Tropical Nightmare, our Amber IPA is on its last keg as well!

Who’s gonna get their pic taken when they kick these kegs!!???

And…I wonder what’s coming on next when we do!!!???? (kidding, we know… 😜)

- We are going to open on Wednesdays, starting September 9th for MUSIC TRIVIA NIGHT!

Fall lineup loading… and apparently we took “seasonal” as more of a suggestion. 🍂🍺

Coming soon:

🔥 SMOKE SHOW — smoked Japanese tea-infused Munich. Because subtlety is overrated.

😬 SEEMS FINE — heavily hopped, lighter hazy IPA. Cloudy with a chance of poor decisions.

🇫🇷 STUDY ABROAD — French-inspired farmhouse ale with apricot + coriander. No passport required. Questionable accent optional.

🥨 KNOT EXACTLY — our take on a Märzen brewed with homemade pretzel knots. Yes, Nate put actual pretzels in the beer. We’ve stopped asking questions.

🍺 [NAME TBD] — our take on a classic German Dunkel. Dark, malty, Oktoberfest-ish and currently experiencing an identity crisis.

Five beers.
Zero pumpkin (yet 😜).
A completely reasonable amount of nonsense.

Wow, what a turnout for our first music bingo night last night! That was a FUN time! Awesome sing-a-longs, new friends meeting, all the comforting vibes we want to showcase at ‘The Spot’! Thank you all so much for being a part of our dream!

Plus we all got to sing to and celebrate Jenna on her birthday!

Oh Aaaand , Mister Boyer kicked one of our most popular beers we’ve made to date! Noah Sofigus, our light Munich with ghost pepper and basil!
