UPDATE: The “Spa Beer” is coming along nicely.

In fact, we’ve reached an important milestone:

We made a bouquet.

Not a regular bouquet.

A “Just Because” Beer Bouquet. 💐🍺

Because self-care doesn’t need a special occasion. You don’t need a birthday, anniversary, or even a particularly bad day.

Sometimes you just need lavender, lemon verbena and a beer.

Soon to be released -This is Pause & Pour— a small-batch, mixed fermentation Saison, barrel aged and brewed with 100% New York ingredients, including locally grown lavender and lemon verbena from Lavender By the Bay and malt from New York Craft Malt .

Floral. Citrus-herbal. A little funky. And extremely limited.

Self-care has officially entered the taproom!

And since this one is going to be VERY limited, keep tagging the bar, restaurant, or beer spot where you want to see it. The more requests they get, the better the chance you’ll actually find this bouquet in a glass.

So keep following close because this beer will drop soon and you don’t want to miss it and don’t you deserve and excuse to Pause & Pour?!

Introducing our first seasonal fall beer.

We heard what everyone was asking for…

Pumpkin beer? ❌
Oktoberfest? ❌
Festbier? ❌

So naturally… we ignored all of that.

Introducing Anytime Porter — a dry English-style porter brewed for the days when you want something darker, smoother, and a little more interesting.

Built with Maris Otter complimented by rich mix of other malts to build a complexity of flavors. Notes of toasted biscuit, dark chocolate, and coffee without turning into liquid dessert.

A fall seasonal that doesn’t need a calendar reminder.

Morning? (we won’t judge)
After work? Absolutely.
Around a fire? Perfect.

Anytime is porter time.
