Yesterday’s garden harvest! I probably could’ve had a much more productive garden this year- but I just can’t get out there to take care of it all as often as I need to 😭 maybe next year when my little one is a bit older 🤞🏻🙏🏼
Still grateful for all that has grown/is growing! I only had to start watering the garden again last week! We had enough rain for 2+ months that I was able to skate by 🙏🏼 thankful for all that rain!

Foggy mornings are my absolute favorite 😍😊
This cute lil gal was born last week and needs a name! We name all of our female cows after colors (loosely) so we are accepting color name ideas! I have a few faves already but still deciding!
We already have Scarlett, Violet (her mama), Blanche, & Cocoa
My fav name so far for her is Rose… but we are kind of waiting to see if Scarlett has a bull or heifer when she delivers soon! Cameron thinks that if Scarlett has a girl too, that we should name that one Rose. 🤷🏻‍♀️ maybe we’d need to go with Lilac or Lavender for Violets baby in that case? 🤔🤷🏻‍♀️

Flipping a coop back over after a storm 😵‍💫🫠 I’m amazed this thing flipped bc it is so heavy 😅 the winds came from exactly the right direction to catch it

We woke up after the storm last night and our little world was a little topsy turvy!
Two of our chicken coops were UPSIDE DOWN and our meat bird tractor had flipped and rolled multiple times and was right side up about 200 yards from where we locked it up last night 🤯😵‍💫🫠
AMAZINGLY, praise the Lord that my middle of the night prayers of gratitude for the rain- but asks for safety for the animals was answered because NO ONE was dead from all that chaos. One meat bird has a slight limp but still made its way to the feed this morning so I’m hoping she will be alright. Might have to put her down. But what a blessing! Our new baby calf fared just fine and even the two baby chicks we had under a mama hen! 🤯🤯 they were in one of the coops that had flipped, too!
What a blessing. And our pond is fuller and our pastures will stay greener this summer. 🙏🏼🖤 I do have to figure out where to house 60 meat birds overnights now as their coop was damaged too badly to move back into place 😳😬 but I’ll take it! 🖤🙏🏼
