Yesterday, the water line was 2 foot in front of the chair. After last night's storm, the chair is in the water.

Little Ms Broody hatched 3 babies last month and I'm pretty sure one is a rooster. Waiting to see if she will sit again....

Little Ms Broody hatched 3 babies last month and I'm pretty sure one is a rooster. Waiting to see if she will sit again. She usually does 3 sets of babies. On another note, we have found 3 copperheads on the ranch this week. Be safe in the tall grass and around woods piles

Our duck created a nest in one of the hay bales. We left it to see if she would sit. It has been 10 days and nothing so we picked them up but replaced with fake eggs to keep her going to the same spot. I cracked one getting under there so that will get eaten right away. We still have an egg eater in the chicken coop but getting 6-8 eggs a day. Added a bakers dozen of fake eggs in there too see what that does to the egg eater.
