In a few days we should have guineas hatching, filled by more pheasants and our first hatch of button and cortnix quail.

Excited to be adding some Texas A&M quail to the farm this weekend. They are a great dual purpose bird. They produce lots of eggs and are a jumbo meat bird. They are ready for processing at just 8 weeks old.
