This is our beautiful lettuce mix. This Friday we have lettuce mix 5 oz bags, arugula 4 oz bags, spinach 4 oz bags and an Asian greens mix of five different strong tasting greens that can be used both raw in salads and cooked (8 oz bags). Come by from noon to 8 PM anytime.

For all our neighbors, the season is staring ! This Wednesday June 3rd we have beautiful greens: lettuce mix (5oz bag), arugula (4oz bag) and spinach (4oz bag). We also have bunches of radishes. We're open Wednesdays and Fridays from Noon to 8 PM.

Choose Life Farm is run with an intentional ethical design that sequesters carbon and nitrogen to maximize the soil food web’s ability to stimulate life. Methods include but are not limited to Permaculture principles, Regenerative Agriculture and progressive livestock management.
For our vegetable garden we use 30” raised no-till beds and paths heavily mulched with wood chips. A broadfork is used to prepare the soil, which is amended based on previous crops and future bed rotation. We top dress with a very high-quality compost to ensure bio-availability of nutrients through soil biology, both fungal & microbial. Though we are not Certified Organic, the methods we use are beyond the organic guidelines. Row covers are the first line of defense to protect the crops.
Beyond our garden, you’ll see the rotationally grazed animals that are predator protected yet still enjoying habitats natural to their species. No GMOs, antibiotics or hormones ever come to Choose Life Farm, much less its occupants, who are part of the pattern for regeneration.
They work hard at doing what comes naturally. Limited disturbance with long periods of recovery effect positive changes on every living thing on or below the land.
We produce nutrient dense and tasty food delivered to customers who look to our farm as they Choose Life for themselves, their families, friends and communities.
