Will there be flowers on Lavender Day this weekend??

Our lavender will be available for U-Pick this Saturday!

While we do have beautiful flowers blooming, including plenty of sunflowers and the first zinnias and cosmos of the season, the flower field isn’t quite ready to support flower U-Pick yet. We want to give the field a little more time to fill in before opening it for self-picking.

The good news is that our Bloom Bar will be open while supplies last and stocked with farm-grown flowers from the field.

We can’t wait to see everyone at the farm this weekend!

WE’VE SEEN THE WEATHER 🌿

We’ve had a few people reach out about the forecast for Lavender Day.

Right now, Saturday is showing just a 35% chance of rain, and as every farmer knows, forecasts can change quite a bit between now and next weekend.

Lavender Day is still happening and we will be open rain or shine! We’re looking forward to a wonderful day on the farm with lavender picking, our bouquet bar, and local vendors.

For those wondering about our weather policy: the event is rain or shine and will only be canceled in the case of severe weather. If Little Star Farm cancels due to weather conditions, tickets will be honored at any future U-Pick date during the current summer season.

For now, we’re excited for Lavender Day and can’t wait to see everyone on Saturday, June 13! 💜

💐 ✨ Wedding flowers ✨ 💐

We were so honored to be trusted with the flowers for this beautiful wedding.

We created the bridal bouquet, bridesmaids’ bouquets, boutonnieres, and all of the bud vase arrangements. Nearly every flower featured was grown right here on our farm, making this wedding especially meaningful to us.

Being trusted with someone’s wedding flowers is never something we take lightly. We were honored to create these pieces and are so thankful we could play a small role in such a memorable day.

We will not be at the Smyrna Depot Farmers Market on June 6 or June 13. 💐 💔

While we will miss seeing everyone, this weekend we’ll be busy preparing for Lavender Day, and next weekend we’ll be hosting Lavender Day on the farm.

If you need flowers on June 13, all bouquet pickups will be on the farm. We’ll also have our bouquet bar open and lavender available for U-Pick.
