While we are waiting on all the rainy weather to move out, so we can plant...it's time for some tractor maintenance! Lance has changed the fuel filter, hydraulic oil, and the engine oil and filter.

Another easy crockpot recipe! This one is on a regular rotation at our house. It's good for breakfast or supper!

Recipe:
Sausage Potato and Cheese Casserole

1 bag frozen, diced hashbrowns
1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
2 cups shredded cheese
1 can cream of mushroom
Tony's seasoning

Spray crockpot. Add all ingredients and mix. Cook on low four hours. Stir before serving.

Lance grabbed this video of our totaled camper being hauled off. We made some great memories in it, but glad to see all that water damage go. 👀 the guy trying to finish it off by almost cutting too short at the ditch.

I found this recipe not long after we married. If you are in Alabama and get a "Neighbors" magazine, I was featured in the recipe section with this recipe and others many moons ago! Reed competed in the Chef 4H competition using this recipe and won first place!

Golden Sweet Cornbread
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/3 cup veg oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a cast iron skillet with cooking spray. In large bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Stir in egg, milk and oil until combined. Pour into skillet. Bake for 25 min.
