We whipped up a Beef Roast with Organic Mushrooms over Mashed Gold Potatoes. Everything you need is available at our Market.

Recipe:

Beef:
1 Beef Roast (Chuck, Shoulder, Eye-Round)
1 Sweet Onion (quartered)
1 pt Organic Mushrooms
2 cups water/Beef broth
1 Head of Garlic (peeled and smashed)
The Salted Shell Farmers Market Farmhouse Seasoning to taste
Sea Salt to taste

Potatoes:
Boil Potatoes with skin on with sea salt until tender. Smash with a fork or potato masher to your liking.

Method:
Place all ingredients, except potatoes, in a slow cooker for 8 hours OR a pressure cooker for 4 hours OR use a Dutch Oven on the stove top for 5-6 hours until fork tender. Serve Beef mixture over a bed of smashed potatoes and enjoy. ✨️
