Good morning to all you fisherman and fisherwomen!! Looks what's happening today at Lakes McClure and McSwain Parks and Recreation

🎣 Fish Plant Happening Tomorrow!

We’re stocking fresh trout this Friday, 3/27, at approximately 10AM, thanks to Calaveras Trout Farm.

Here’s where they’re headed:
• Lake McSwain – 2,240 lbs of trout
• Lake McClure (McClure Point South Ramp) – 1,120 lbs of trout

If you’ve been thinking about getting out to the lake, this is your sign.

🏕️ There are still campsites available this weekend at Lake McSwain, come get a taste of summer. It’s shaping up to be a really nice weekend.

April - (14,720lbs total) - 1 plant at Lake Yosemite, 1 plant at McClure Point, 2 plants at Lake McSwain

June - (10,080lbs total) - 1 plant at Lake Yosemite, 2 plants at McClure Point, 2 plants at Lake McSwain

Lake Yosemite in Merced will be planting trout Wednesday March 4th in the morning!!

🎣 A special delivery is headed to Lake Yosemite…

Our friends at Calaveras Trout Farm are bringing a fresh load of trout to the lake.

Follow along and check back tomorrow (Wednesday) for the full update — including when and where the trout will be released so anglers can plan their next fishing trip.
