COLD B**R, HOT LIGHTS - WET HOP Leon Loza Jr. CITRA - WC PILS - 5.1% - COLLAB W/ Ravenna Brewing Co - Our last wet hop of 2026 is also our first release of our 10th Anniversary Collabs! We got together with our dear friends from Ravenna and banged out a truly incredible Wet Hop West Coast Pilsner. Gorgeous notes of fresh-squeezed citrus overlay a crisp and snappy Pils body. A perfect final tip of the hat to harvest and our upcoming festivities.

ONE THOUSAND DEATHS - CLS Farms CENTENNIAL WET HOP - COLLAB W/ Uprise Brewing Co. - CHINOOK/CENTENNIAL/COLUMBUS CRYO/NZ CASCADE - 6.9% - Our first wet hop offering of the year comes via a delicious collab with the IPA Big Brains from UPRISE. Using our favorite Centennial cones from CLS, we smashed together a wet hop West Coast IPA with a bunch of old school hops in a new school manner. Massive notes of ripe orange and pine. Delicious and delicate wet hop nuance. Our first of the year is a total banger. On draft and in can at the brewhouse today.

AWARD SEASON DROPS HAVE BEGUN!
Folks sometimes ask when is the best time of year to drink b**r. After reveal that every single day is the best time, we then tell them a solid second choice is late August through early October!
Why?
Well, beyond the incredible fortune this region has of being able to produce actual wet hop b**rs with fresh cones, it’s also Award Season! For all us competition-focused breweries, it’s the time of year we are dropping special releases and variants in order to show up and show off at judging tables at both WABA and GABF, as well as Alpha King. If you’re only seeking wet hop b**rs this time of year, you’re missing out on an incredible slate of fresh offerings across our industry as every production house puts their best foot forward and drops all their class into every glass. As such, two of our entries have found their way into the taproom.
ORCHARD - REMY’S DDH NZIPA - CHINOOK/PEACHARINE/NELSON/NECTARON/STRATA/CITRA KIEF - 7.1% - Dripping resinous pine and guava, this NZ IPA is our favorite we’ve dropped all year in celebration of Remy’s third birthday! A massive bouquet gives way to even bitterness and body.
ANCIENT ISLES - DDH HAZY IPA - CITRA/CITRA CRYO/RIWAKA/IDAHO 7/NELSON KIEF - 7.1% - Tropical juice bomb blows dank POG and hard candy. Fluffy mouthfeel. Hoppy milk for all the haze bbies.

FESTBIER - FESTIVAL L***R - 6.1% - Mid-August marks the triumphant return of one of our most-favorite la**rs of the year. Our festbier is blends domestic and imported Pilsner malts with German Munich malt for a big bodied l***r that still finishes crisp. The extensive noble hop additions through boil help balance and imbue this delicious offering with backbone and snappiness. Enjoy as many as needed during these Dog Days, gang.

GRAINMAKER FESTIVAL - 6.0% - Our GRAINMAKER collab comes via the talented brewhouse at Bottle Logic and features our two houses banging heads together to squeeze as much hop aromatics into an XPA as possible. Bursting with notes of lime zest, grapefruit rind, mango, and diesely papaya, this Summer crusher goes down easy and leaves an impression. PLEASE HELP US PROVIDE NEEDED RELIEF TO SPOKANE VALLEY
DONATIONS DUE BY THURSDAY EVENING (8/6)!
As we’re sure many of you are aware, the greater Spokane area is in the midst of dealing with wildfire disasters throughout the region. This happens to coincide with our favorite event of the year, LINC Malt James Coldbeck GRAINMAKER, to which our Bottle Logic Brewing • Brewery + Tap Room ⁣ collab is headed this weekend. All things have a place of origin, and our grain comes from Eastern Washington. We’re devastated by these events, and want to help as we can. We’ll be a collection point for our industry peers to help bring aid out east, so please consider coming by the brewhouse the next few evenings and helping us provide aid for those in need.
