Beer can chicken baby!!! It was so good! Just seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic. Pour half the can of beer on the bottom of the pan and bake. Get ready for crispy skin and tender meat.

Its been an exciting first week with the cows. We unloaded them and they just kept on running right through our fence 🙃. We have rounded up most of them and the rest we can locate as farmers find them. Thanks to all the family and friends who have supported us through this adventure.
