Every jar we make starts with real ingredients, traditional fermentation, and respect for Alaska's natural abundance.
We handcraft our fermented seasonings, miso, kimchi, tofu, pesto, kelp tsukudani, and seaweed pickles in small batches using organic ingredients whenever possible and wild Alaska ingredients when available.
Our goal is simple:
