Wrath Wines Our Estate San Saba Vineyard is sheltered in a nook just below the Santa Lucia Highlands AVA, roughly 25 miles southeast of the town of Monterey.

Wrath produces site-driven Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah, and Sauvignon Blanc from our sustainable-certified estate vineyard and respected properties in the Santa Lucia Highlands. Our climate is heavily influenced by the morning fog and afternoon winds from the nearby Pacific Ocean. This is a cool site with little rainfall and one of the longest growing seasons in the world. Our unusual climate allows us to produce ripe, concentrated wines of exceptional balance. Wrath is the brainchild of archaeologist Michael Thomas. Michael assembled a vineyard/winemaking team that includes winemaker Sabrine Rodems, consultant Byron Kosuge, and grower Steve McIntyre.

The Thai Margherita was great. Thai basil, Thai chilis, red sauce, mozzarella and lime zest.

Clams Casino inspiration and recipe from Dave and Stacy Nakaji. White sauce, bacon, Mozzarella, clams, garlic, shallots, parsley. So good!!

Koris’s Special. Comes from her 🍋 farming roots. Kori Violini Alfredo Sauce, prosciutto, thinly sliced lemons with rind (I used my truffle slicer to get thin slices), Mozzarella. I also put some lemon zest on top after cooking. Sooooo good! We missed you Kori!

The last two are self explanatory. It was some of the best pizzas I have ever made and the team was so full we forgot about dessert….which I sure they will eat at afternoon coffee break!

Awesome harvest party last night!! Thank to everyone for coming out. Kirk brought some lemons for the cioppino and everyone, some pirates sabered some ch*****ne, and once all cleaned up, the picking crew showed up at 10:45 to pick at night! Cannot do it without the whole gang!! 🍇
