Gypsum Valley Wagyu Cattle Company Jerry and Jack Cossette are located just outside of Salina, Kansas. The Cossette's raise all of their own corn, sorghum, alfalfa, and prairie hay.

All of their wagyu cattle are naturally fed using no growth hormones and no antibiotics.
