Some things change the way you see a person forever. Once you take the blinders off and you've seen what someone is capable of you can't unsee it.
But I'm not keeping my kids from anyone.
I'm protecting them from what Ive already lived. And as long as I live and breathe they will NEVER know the kind of hurt and pain that you are capable of inflicting.
