What a weekend at PJ’s Cabin Store!
Huge thank you to everyone who came out and made it one of those busy, unforgettable ones. The Packers taking care of the Bears, the Brewers grabbing Game 1 of the NLCS against the Dodgers, and a packed house for the Lake Country ATV Club pub run — the energy was nonstop and we loved every minute of it.
I’m tired. Like, “how is it already Monday?” tired. But that’s what happens when you get a great crowd, good games, and a full parking lot of ATVs. You all make it worth it.
Appreciate every one of you — regulars, first-timers, and the whole ATV crew. See you next time!

The atmosphere in the bar tonight was electric with game two of the NLDS vs the Padres. Jackson Chourio’s 2 out walk off single in the bottom of the ninth blew the doors of this place, Paul even said “PJ I’ve been here for about of fun things, but that was insane!” I can’t imagine what it was like at AmFam field! Well done boys! Take a day, go to San Diego and close out this series!! Game three Tuesday 8:30 pm. $2.50 tap Miller Lites throughout the game!! Let’s blow the doors off again!!

What’s goin on for Halloween? Check this out!

The lost relics of Barnes are waking up.
This Halloween weekend, Barnes turns into a town-wide hunt. Grab a carabiner, hit the cursed outposts, crack the riddles, and load up on charms before the final toll.

THE 7 LOST RELICS OF BARNES Friday, Oct 30 at 4:00 PM through Saturday, Oct 31 at 9:00 PM

How it works:
1. Start at HQ. The Cabin Store hands out official carabiners Friday at 4:00 PM. First come, first served. When they’re gone, they’re gone.
2. Hunt the relics. Find the hidden riddle setups at Cabin Store, Crosswinds, Decoy, Georgia’s, Trading Post, and Cedar Lodge.
3. Solve the claim. Whisper your answer to the bartender. Guess as many times as you need. Earn that stop’s custom charm.
4. The HQ ritual. Bring your fully loaded carabiner back to The Cabin Store by Saturday at 9:00 PM for your official completion stamp.
Finish the set and you unlock exclusive Halloween drink specials at HQ, plus a shot at the GRAND PRIZE. Four winners drawn Saturday night at 9:30 PM.
Costumes welcome. Courage required. Supplies limited.

Fish fry fans, a heads-up from PJ’s Cabin Store.
We are suspending our Friday fish fry for October. The Barnes VFW is running Canadian walleye every Friday this month, and the money goes to the Drummond High School Scholarship Fund. That hall should be full.
Fridays: October 2, 9, 16, and 23 Barnes VFW Post 8329 52325 Lake Road, Barnes Doors at 4:00. Serving 4:30–7:30.
Canadian walleye, deep-fried or baked. Baked potato or fries, coleslaw, and marble rye. Shrimp dinner is available, and Mike’s Old Fashioneds are the way to start the night.
We’ll see you over there. Support the post, support the Drummond kids, and get a proper Friday fish fry. We’ll be back behind the fryer in November.
