Today was a great day. Two beds in the tunnel were flipped and loose leaf lettuce and spinach were seeded. It will either be for late market or farmers depending on timing! Then we headed towards the potato field and dug & harvested a ton of potatoes. We brought in superior, red lasoda, adirondack blue and kennebecs today. We will work on more throughout the early mornings this week as well. Then got some weeding in and finished the night with an okra and dragon tongue bean harvest. Great start to the week, indeed ❤️.
