Wish us luck in the long nights ahead...

This summer, the vines have grown especially verdant shoots that reach for the sky. Interestingly, only a few small grape clusters hang within those bountiful-looking green canopies. The result should be an extremely concentrated, mouth-coating 2026 vintage!

In final preparation for harvest, La Cuadrilla continues to strategically pull leaves for just the right shading and air flow. Other crew members focus on dropping clusters that lag behind the rest of the crop to ensure precisely even harvesting. The earlier ripening varietals are already covered in bird netting and we eagerly anticipate starting harvest this week.

Join us for an Italian Dinner & seminar-style tasting of the newest Stolpman wines, scheduled for release in Fall 2026. With this release, we dive into the latter half of the deep, plush 2024 limited production wines. The ideal growing season led to the highest-rated wines in Stolpman’s history! We can’t wait for you to try these beauties!

Salad: Salad of baby mixed lettuce and watercress, vodka, caper and lemon dressing with zucchini, roasted bell peppers and gouda cheese

Pasta: Roasted veal, ricotta and mozzarella cannelloni with a mild tomato sauce with sauteed mushrooms

Main: Grilled filet mignon with red wine, cinnamon and mushroom sauce, along side sauteed spinach and L’Opera potatoes
