Cooler mornings, golden evenings, and clusters getting heavier by the day… harvest is right around the corner.

There’s something pretty special about this time of year in the vineyard. Everything we’ve watched grow all season is almost ready to make its way from the vines to your glass. 🍷

Wine was never really meant to be enjoyed alone. 🍷

For thousands of years, people have gathered around wine. To celebrate, share a meal, tell stories, welcome friends and simply spend a little more time together.

And honestly… not much has changed.

Around here, sharing a bottle means slowing down for a while. Sitting on the patio a little longer. Watching the sun drop behind the vines. Ordering another glass because no one is quite ready to leave yet.

That’s what wine country should feel like.

We’re down to the final nights of Chords Uncorked 🍷🎶 and this Saturday, August 29th, we’re welcoming Patrick Walsh to the vines!

Patrick isn’t just a familiar face in the local music scene, his roots run deep in Northern California. Born and raised in the historic Gold Rush towns of our region, Patrick is a songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist whose music is inspired by the places, stories and experiences that shaped him. He’s also the creator of Hangtown Studios, Lo Cal Music and CaliCountry, with an incredible 112 albums released to date.

If you’ve spent time around Placerville, Fair Play, Apple Hill or the surrounding foothills, there’s a good chance you’ve seen Patrick behind a guitar somewhere along the way. His performance calendar has taken him to wineries, breweries and venues throughout Placerville, Fair Play, Folsom, Auburn, Lake Tahoe and beyond.

Now he’s bringing that local sound to Cielo Sulla Terra for a summer night in the vines. 🌅

These clusters have been soaking up that Sierra Foothill sunshine all season and we are getting SO close to harvest. 👀

Months of growing, watching, waiting (and maybe obsessively checking grapes 😂) all lead up to what’s coming next.
