We would like to thank everyone that came out last night to support us! While only 100 people or less showed up due to weather, our night was FAR better than we ever expected.
For the many who asked, our BBQ sauce will be available very soon. Please keep watching for the announcement.

What a beautiful morning, Day 1 of our new adventure. If you can, stop out at Burnside today from 4pm to 9pm and give us a try. Our menu is;
Ribs (of course) full and 1/2 rack
Rib Tacos (new item but so worth trying)
Pulled pork sandwiches
Pulled pork tacos
Kids burgers for the lil ones
Our sides are Italian macaroni salad and Cole Slaw.
We’ll have our own Red Letter BBQ sauce to try (not yet available for sale but soon).
Hope to see as many people as possible.

New smoker is done, I pick it up Wednesday! Can’t wait to start serving the masses again.
