Today we competed ribs 🐖🍖 at the Zimmerman American Legion 19 teams in total.

Happy to say we took 2ND PLACE 🎉🥈🎉

Congrats to Frankensmokers BBQ on 1st place and Beer Wolf on 3rd place.

Once again we couldn’t do this without the amazing support from Saints And Sinners BBQ

We are just 1 MONTH away from our yearly Fall Fest at St. John the Baptist Church Catholic Church- New Brighton, MN 🙂 We will be there Saturday 9/26 with our award winning ribs 🍖, and specialty shredded chicken sandwiches 🐔 along with some great homemade sides! Service starts at 2pm 🔥

GB Leighton goes in the main stage at 7:30 🎸🎉🎤🎶 Cash bar 🍺🍷🍻Inflatables, kids games, etc. check the photo for details or leave a comment! There’s something fun for everyone 💕🎉🔥

The un-said things about competition bbq. The unseen work that goes into prepping meats, making sauces and putting together spice rub combinations. The stress of the cook, timing everything just right and self doubt is real. Once you’re in it though you get hooked! Good luck to all the teams out there figuring out their way 🔥🔥🔥

Woohoo🎉🎉 We hit the 350 club this past weekend!! We have put so many hours in practice cooks etc throughout this season 🔥🔥We are so excited and grateful to everyone who has helped us or given us tips a long the way!! Big Mike’s Smokehouse led the charge with a 353.1544, followed closely by Sassy Smoke BBQ at 353.1200.
