Back in the early 2000s I selected these two vinegars for sale here in the US after multiple taste comparisons with other producers. At the time this was one of the few acetaias practicing organic agriculture. These days they are on top of our list of best sellers and still the only items we’ve private labeled (“selezione pondini”). It’s also one of a few imports whose price has hardly changed and neither has the quality. More popular than ever, even in Thailand (!).
