Well the first day of hay making for 2026 on a little 5-6 ac field went pretty well, with only minor glitches. Thankful!

Its a very enjoyable time of the year, new calves, plenty of grass, makes happy cattle and happy ranchers. While I move move cattle and take care of the endless issues on the farm this morning, Katrina Carpenter is at the Shawnee Farmers Market 9-noon, with some great grass fed beef
