This ranch received a beautiful makeover and a few new details / combos including this lightning blue vanity with marble tops paired and rustic barn mirrors (my new favorite), arabesque marble in the master shower, a few .hardware fixtures for some pop, herringbone floors throughout the kitchen and foyer and a finished basement perfect for entertaining! Giving South Orange NJ that new construction love ❤️❤️❤️. This home has been sitting for almost 10 years with some serious liens and lead issues that scared the majority of buyers / investors away. 😱😱😱 We stripped the property to its core, (frame and foundation only) to get all state certifications and approvals which took close to 7 months... 🤮🤮🤮 Now with winter on our heels we’re moving the gang through to knock out footings, foundation, frame, roofing and windows within a few weeks. We will also be adding over 1k Sq ft of new finished space to turn the worst house in the neighborhood into the most sought after contemporary colonial has ever seen. Don’t believe me, just watch. No church in the wild! We’ve lucked out with no rain while closing up the first phase of our latest Reno this week! Nothing like running crews 10 deep taking advantage of a warm December. Clean site, clean lines, prepping for phase 2 and giving the boys plenty of winter ❤️. This all black metal standing seam roof will make this one of the meanest cribs in To our success! 🤴🏿🏠💰
