We’re all lovinnnng this new cheese from Germany- Old Groendal Barista. Cow’s milk, Belgium- abby style cheese that’s layered and rubbed with locally roasted coffee. It’s smoooooth, velvety and rich. The coffee lends some mocha vibes as well. It’s a fun one- Ideal for a snack any time of the day :)

We're looking for full-time counter help on the pasta side. Summer and beyond! This front of house position includes helping customers, cutting pasta, packing ravioli, packing sauces and working in a fun fast paced environment.

Yes, our pasta really features parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme (cue the music!🎵). We love topping it with this incredible Greek olive oil, made from cold-pressed Manaki olives. It’s delicate, fruity, and just a little peppery- the perfect match for fresh pasta.

Dinner Idea: Toss them together with our lemony green beans and your choice of protein for a quick, delicious weeknight meal.🤌

Two new cheeses we are excited about 🎉

Fin Briard with Meaux Mustard is a buttery French Brie is sliced in half and layered with a piquant, slightly crunchy mustard. The result is a perfect balance of creamy richness and a subtle spicy kick, giving it amazing texture and a truly unique flavor profile.

Capra Prato Fiorito is a beautiful fresh raw goats milk cheese with pressed flowers petals- it’s fresh, ever so slightly acidic with some floral notes. We’re enjoying int with a crispy light beer, some fresh fruit and walnut cranberry bread :)
