I just have to share because I’m so excited! Not sure if any of these will be Reza yet- I tried checking whiskers but the nest fur was all over them 😂 I do see satin sheen though! I’m such a fan of the Reza project! It brings together some of my absolute favorite traits. Rex fur has my heart, but add that gorgeous Satin sheen on top? Absolute goals!

This is my F2 litter, and we have a mix of normal-furred and Rex-furred babies. Some of these kits have the possibility of carrying Satin, although I do believe the chances are slim.

I’ve also been working on blending my Vienna into these lines because, honestly, who wouldn’t want a blue-eyed, satinized Rex rabbit?

On top of all that, these crosses tend to produce some overall larger buns, thanks to New Zealand being present in several of their backgrounds.

I just love seeing all these traits come together and watching this project develop. There’s so much potential here, and I’m excited to see where it goes 🩷

This girl has worked SO hard to get her setup finished. She literally just had a baby a couple months ago and was out there building cages by hand to get everything done. She has put so much time and hard work into this, and it’s heartbreaking to see her go through this after working so hard😞

Huge shoutout to Beth@ Full of Heart Homestead she’s always the kindest! Today I was able to pickup Rainy Days Monkey Bread (Normal Furred Tri Buck that carries Rex + Satin), Full of Heart’s Nippet (Normal Furred B/ O Harlie Doe that carries Rex + Satin), and my girl Taylor Farms Smooches (VC Broken Chocolate) who went on a vacay to Beth’s house. I’m so grateful for her allowing me to get some of the most beautiful buns! I can’t wait to see what these guys do for the Reza Project. She bred smooches to Aragorn & Nippet to Aemond for me as well.
