Full dining rooms. Full ovens. Tickets flying. Sold out of bread. And somehow, we just keep pushing!

WHAT. A. RIDE.

Nights like this are exhausting, crazy, stressful… and absolutely incredible at the same time. To look around and see a packed dining room, ovens loaded up, and our crew absolutely busting their asses — it’s something I’ll never take for granted.

To our staff: you guys are animals. I couldn’t do this without you.

To our customers: THANK YOU. Whether you’ve been coming here for years or tonight was your first time, every order, every share, every recommendation and every person who walks through that door means more than you know.

See that stack? 6 doughs to a case… you do the math. 😳 And here’s the crazy part — that doesn’t even include the bar pies OR the tray pies!

Nights like tonight remind us just how lucky we are. Best customers in the world. Best staff I could ever ask for. You guys showed up, and this crew absolutely WORKED.

The last 3 days have been a little rough over here. 😅🍕

We’ve been a man down, which means running around doing about 3 jobs at once — prepping, cooking, handling everything in between, and somewhere in there trying to keep my mental sanity intact. 😂

So if I seemed a little more moody, quiet, or exhausted than usual… I promise it wasn’t you. I was just running on fumes and pizza dough. 😂

But through all the craziness, one thing never changed: we still wanted every single thing leaving this kitchen to be something we were proud to serve you. ❤️

We truly hope you enjoyed the food these last few days, and thank you for your patience and understanding while we pushed through it.

Small business isn’t always pretty behind the scenes. Sometimes you just put your head down, do what needs to be done, and keep going.

GOOD NEWS: We’re back to normal tomorrow! 🙌🍕
