STARTING AGAIN 💜🪻💜
Not failure...just a set back, for nothing is lost if we learn from it.

What did we learn???
▪️July & August are brutal on the plants.
▪️Either it is too hot or it is lack of water.
▪️Watering by hand is not sufficient.
▪️Some varieties did better than others.
▪️Fewer plants is best as we learn.

Spring 2026 we will replant a few rows with an irrigation system. Hopefully more water for July and August will solve our problem. 🙏

July and August were tough on my lavender causing the majority to die. This has been pretty hard on me...I've barely even looked at the rows!!! In June when all was well, I assembled few lavender items. These are very limited so message me soonest if you would like anything.

I'm not done with lavender, but it will be scaled back this next year. Not sure where me and the Lord are going with all of it. I just want to find joy in it again. 💜🪻💜

Royal Velvet is almost ready for harvest. Our weather has been super wet for several days, leaving the ground with standing water. Hopefully the raised rows allow the lavender to drain well enough. So far they look good. 💜🙏💜
