So many orders for Cookie Monster cupcakes for college students and I always love to hear the story behind why they want Cookie Monster. This one was one of my favorites. The familie’s grandfather helped create the Cookie Monster character in NYC in the 60’s. And fun fact - the character actually started as a monster who ate potato chips! 🍪💙
