August is here, which for our tastings means…. beer!! Wine tastings are on hiatus for the month; instead each Wednesday in August we’ll be sampling different New England breweries. First up on Wednesday 8/5 is Allagash Brewing Company — you probably know their iconic White, but we’ll have a full lineup of their beer (and cider!) for you to try between 5 and 7pm. Like with our wine tastings, we’re offering 10% off the featured beers during the tasting, so don’t miss the opportunity to try before you buy and save a little at the same time!

Our friends and neighbors in Harvard Square, SOURCE are hosting a wine dinner next week featuring Paso Robles winery Ancient Peaks. We’ve carried various Ancient Peaks Winery wines for years now; we love their quality for the price point, commitment to sustainability, and excellent representation of Paso Robles’ quality and character. It’s sure to be a wonderful and informative dinner! Thanks to Winebow and Boston Wine Company for organizing and including us as the retail partner.
