Well, another Deerfield Fair is officially in the books!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to visit Fast Eddie’s this year. It’s always great seeing so many friends, family, familiar faces, and plenty of hungry people showing up for a good sausage or steak & cheese. We truly appreciate every one of you!

Now it’s on to our LAST STOP of the 2026 season...

🎡 SANDWICH FAIR – Sandwich, NH
📅 Saturday, Sunday & Monday

That means you’ve only got 3 more days this year to get your hands on some of the best fair food around!

🌭 Italian Sausage
🥩 Steak & Cheese
🍝 Meatball Subs
🍔 Burgers & more!

Come hungry because once Monday night rolls around, Fast Eddie’s is closing up shop for the season and the sausages are going into hibernation. 😂

See you at the Sandwich Fair!

🌭 ONLY 2 MORE DAYS UNTIL THE DEERFIELD FAIR! 🌭
Well, it looks like Mother Nature got the rain out of her system early. Perfect timing because the Deerfield Fair starts in just TWO DAYS! 🎡🎠
And remember, Italian sausage is basically health food. It has peppers and onions on it. Those are vegetables. Hey I don't make the rules. 😂🌭
When you get to the fair, make sure you come hungry and FIND FAST EDDIE’S! We’ve even included a map because wandering around the fairgrounds smelling sausage but not being able to find us is a level of suffering nobody deserves. 👇
📍 Use the map below and follow the arrow to Fast Eddie’s!
Come see us for a Hot or Sweet Italian Sausage, Steak & Cheese, Meatball Sub, Burgers, Hot Dogs and more!
2 DAYS. COME HUNGRY. FIND THE BLUE & YELLOW. 🌭💙💛

🌧️🌭 THANKFULLY THE RAIN IS GETTING IT OUT OF ITS SYSTEM THIS WEEKEND! 🌭🌧️
Because let’s face it…
Nobody likes a soggy sausage. 😂
Mother Nature can have her little tantrum now, because when the Deerfield Fair kicks off Thursday morning, Fast Eddie’s will be READY TO GO! 🔥
The grills will be hot, the sausage will be sizzling, the steak & cheese will be loaded, and hopefully the only thing getting soaked will be your appetite in melted cheese. 😎
🎡 The Deerfield Fair starts THURSDAY!
Start making your plans now, bring the family, bring your appetite, and make sure you come find Fast Eddie’s!
We’ve been waiting all year for this one!
🌭 Hot & Sweet Italian Sausage
🥩 Steak & Cheese
🍔 Burgers
🌭 Hot Dogs
🥤 Cold Drinks
Rain this weekend. Fair food next weekend. Seems like a pretty fair trade to us. 😂

🎡🌭 10 DAYS UNTIL THE DEERFIELD FAIR! 🌭🎡

Alright folks, this is your official warning…

Start getting your steps in NOW. 😂

Take the stairs.
Walk the dog an extra lap.
Park a little farther away.
Maybe even do a squat or two if you’re feeling dangerously motivated.

Why?

Because in 10 DAYS, all that responsible behavior is getting thrown right out the window. 🤣

Think of it as making a little extra room for:

🌭 Italian Sausage
🥩 Steak & Cheese
🍔 Burgers
🌭 Hot Dogs
…and all the other completely reasonable decisions you’ll be making at the fair.

Drop a couple pounds now so you can reload during the Deerfield Fair! 😂

Calories at the fair don’t count anyway. Pretty sure that’s in the rulebook somewhere.

Come hungry and find us at Fast Eddie’s!

🌭🔥 12 DAYS UNTIL THE DEERFIELD FAIR! 🔥🌭

We know everybody has their favorite spot for a sausage or steak & cheese at the fair, and we’ve got nothing but respect for all the hardworking food vendors out there.

But here’s the question…

How do you KNOW you’ve found your favorite if you’ve never tried the others? 👀

You might just be VERY surprised.

So if you’re feeling a little adventurous at this year’s Fair, come find Fast Eddie’s and give us a shot!

🔥 Hot or Sweet Italian Sausage
🥩 Steak & Cheese
😋 Big portions, great flavor, and made fresh

We’re confident enough to say it…

Come try some of the BEST SUBS ON THE FAIRGROUND!

📅 ONLY 12 DAYS TO GO!

Come hungry. Try something different. You may just leave with a new favorite. 😎

09/17/2026

🎡🌭 ONLY 13 DAYS UNTIL THE Fair! 🌭🎡

The countdown is officially on, so start making those fair plans now because calories at the fair don’t count. Pretty sure that’s science. 😎

When you get there, make sure you hunt down Fast Eddie’s and come hungry!

🔥 Hot or Sweet Italian Sausage
🥩 Steak & Cheese
🍝 Meatball Subs
🍔 Burgers & Hot Dogs
🥤 Cold Drinks

Follow the smell, listen for the sizzling grill, or just look for the people standing there wondering why they waited so long to order. 😂

📍 Find Fast Eddie’s at the Deerfield Fair and come see us!

We’ll be ready, the grill will be hot, and the sausage will be doing what sausage does best… making your fair day significantly better.

13 DAYS. Who’s coming to see us?

🌭🔥 WHAT’S BETTER THAN FAST EDDIE’S & BIANCO’S SAUSAGE ON A SUNDAY?! 🔥🌭

Not much… and we’re willing to argue about it. 😂

It’s SUNDAY at the Hopkinton State Fair and the grills are HOT!

Come see us at Fast Eddie’s Italian Sausage and grab one of our famous Hot or Sweet Italian Sausage Subs, loaded up with peppers & onions. 🤌🇮🇹

We’re proudly serving Bianco’s Sausage because when you start with great sausage and let Fast Eddie’s do the cooking… everybody wins. 😎

🔥🎡 DAY 2 — HOPKINTON STATE FAIR! 🎡🔥

It’s Friday, the grills are fired up, and Fast Eddie’s is ready to ruin whatever diet you were pretending to start this week. 😂

Come hungry because we’re serving up the good stuff:

🌭 Italian Sausage loaded with Peppers & Onions — Hot or Sweet
🥩 Steak & Cheese
🍝 Meatball Subs
🍔 Cheeseburgers
🌭 Hot Dogs
🥤 Ice-Cold Drinks

You can eat healthy next week.

THIS WEEKEND, WE MAKE BAD DECISIONS WITH CHEESE. 🤣

So grab the family, head up to the Hopkinton State Fair and find Fast Eddie’s. Just follow the smell of sausage and onions… or follow the person walking by with one of our subs looking way too happy.

⚠️ WARNING: Looking at someone else eating a Fast Eddie’s sub may cause immediate hunger and poor financial decisions at the food midway.

💙💛 FAST EDDIE’S 💙💛
Come hungry. Leave full.
And remember… fair calories don’t count. We checked. 😎
