Cooking your meal the way it was prepared a hundred years ago out on the trail. EZ Cattle Company keeps things small and personal to make your Chuck Wagon experience a memorable and enjoyable time. We have prepared meals for as few as 12 people to as many as 200 people. As for location, we can do the job anywhere we can build a fire. We have catered for wedding receptions, family reunions, backyard parties, graduation parties, w**e festivals, rodeo functions, livestock shows and trail rides. We can customize a meal to fit with the old west atmosphere with our 1881 Newton Chuck Wagon. Our services included buffet style serving lines, ice tea, plates, plastic cutlery, napkins, cups, and condiments when applicable.
