Our team has had quite the few days wrapping up Harvest 2026 and celebrating with only the best food and w**e!

We finished up the year with Stagecoach Vineyard Cab Franc and Cain Vineyard & W**ery Merlot and Cab Franc last week. 🍇

Last night we were hosted at axr napa valley for a delicious meal from Chef Jerry, paired with some amazing w**es from Jean’s cellar. One of the standouts was the Heitz Cellar Martha’s Vineyard Cab- which was an extra special bottle to open considering it is a new vineyard we are working with this year!

Tasting V Madrone for the first time in 2026!

The grapes are hanging out at about 24.5 Brix, so we have a little bit of time, but will still be one of our earliest harvests of this vineyard yet!

We got our 1st Cabernet of the season today, and we are ready for it to keep rolling in.

Our Blessing of the Grapes is looking a little different this year- not only because we’re blessing red grapes, but because we’re almost entirely in with whites, and the transition into reds beginning in mid-August! Today we received our Collins Zinfandel, Semillion, and Sauvignon Blanc all for axr napa valley

We’re so excited for another harvest, especially with returning harvest help Sam and Uriel, and with Cesar now on full-time as our Cellar Master. This is Norma’s second harvest with us, and today was our lab intern Anibal’s first day. Our w**emaking team Jean, Camille, Lalo, Sav, and (soon!) Thierry, are all ready to jump into 2026! Cheers 🥂
