Hello all! It’s been awhile. Who’s got a sourdough starter?! 🤚 here’s an amazing recipe for banana bread. It uses 3/4c of the discard too! We add chocolate chips. Enjoy!

Great banana bread recipe! I substituted gluten-free flour and added a bit more baking soda and sugar so it would be fluffy! I actually made the dough into whoopie pies with lemon cream cheese filling! perfection!

This banana bread is moist and delicious, with loads of banana flavor. It's wonderful toasted!
