Tyge William Cellars is a small, boutique winery with an adventurous spirit located in Sonoma Valley, CA. These are the driving forces in our lives. The qualities we strive for in ourselves and others. Tyge William Cellars was born from this tenacious human spirit and we imbue every wine we make with our ruggedly individual approach to winemaking. Our methods of farming harken back 4 generations to an age where lands remained undiscovered and wild places unexplored.

In the winter, vineyard crews prune the old canes off of the vines, shedding the remnants of the prior harvest. The vines are dormant, but are storing energy and readying for bud break once spring arrives.
