Something’s coming tomorrow: and club members got the first look. Check your inbox 📨 if you’re already part of the DARLING family.

We’ve been quietly working on a collaboration built for summer. Inspired by, and built for: sipping crisp, coastal wine at the top of an ocean bluff 🌊Connecting over a glass of organically-farmed Pinot Noir around a campfire 🏕️ Al fresco dinners that stretch late into the evening. The kind of moments where the details amplify the moments with our people.

It’s sustainable. It’s intentional. It’s the kind of thing we actually use ourselves, because who we partner with matters just as much as what we make.

Summer Release Party | THIS Sunday, May 17th

May 17th, the tasting room becomes a summer celebration. Your presence is requested!

Three new wines. Live music by Sean Carscadden starting at 3pm. Winemaker-led blind tasting competition at 4pm with magnums and tasting certificates up for grabs.

Taste the citrus-driven 2023 Chardonnay, our best-selling Gamay Noir (back and ready to disappear again), and the brand new Pinot Noir x Gamay Noir blend: just two barrels made.

Local cheeses, fruit boards, macaroons. Space to connect with Team DARLING and meet new faces. Snag bottles before the limited releases sell out. Club members can pick up summer shipments.

2–5pm. Downtown Sonoma tasting room. Complimentary admission, RSVP required via Tock (link in bio).

Can’t make Sunday? Join us Saturday, May 16th. A few seats remain for intimate, winemaker-led flights with Tom at 2pm and 4pm. Complimentary for club members, $45 for non-members. RSVP via Tock.

We share about sustainability because it’s Earth Month, AND because it’s at the core of who we are.

Our wines come from organically-farmed vineyards, many of which are also farmed regeneratively. We work with independent growers who tend the land by hand, who understand that the vines are part of something bigger: seasons, fruit, and intentions compiling an ecosystem that we’re all connected to.

Our approach has always been about embracing seasonal transitions, not fighting against them. Welcoming them. Complementing them with what we cook, drink, and how we move through the day.

It’s no surprise that you’ll find Team DARLING hiking the Sonoma Coast, flowing in the yoga community, growing organic florals (the ones you enjoy in our Downtown Sonoma tasting room!) enjoying farm-fresh eggs from backyard chickens, and encouraging our favorite, local, mission-driven businesses through partnership, patronage, and shared joy.

This month, and every month, we encourage consistent, small actions: support the brands who align with what you care about. Share them. Amplify them. Raise a glass with them.

Every bottle of wine you choose, every piece of plastic you divert from a landfill, every dollar you give to a local organization protecting the land: it all has a ripple effect.

Spring is here and with it comes the kind of weather that makes you want to gather.

Our tasting room is open Thursday–Sunday, 11–5, with appointments available this weekend.

If you’ve tasted with our team, which has now grown to five people (!) — you know the heart and intention we bring to every pour.

🎉 Now until June 1, we’re making it easier than ever to celebrate. For groups of 8 or more, we’re waiving our buyout fee on bookings made through June 1st.

Birthdays, corporate gatherings, summer weddings: whatever brings people together 🎂

While we *won’t* actually be offering baby chicks with your wine this time around 😉 we will be spreading joy this week by pouring coastal wines in our Sonoma tasting room. Happy April Fools!

We’re open Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Easter Sunday 🌷 with a few appointments still available to taste our brand new Spring Release wines: the 2023 Den Chosta Pinot Noir and 2024 Azaya Ranch Pinot Noir.

We’ve been thinking a lot about what makes a great pairing.

Wine and cheese? Classic.
Wine and charcuterie? Obviously.
But wine and... baby chickens? 💥

This spring, we’re trying something new. The DARLING Chicknic includes a 4-pack of organic wines and four baby chickens, because nothing says thoughtful gathering like farm-fresh eggs, a little warmth, and the kind of whimsy that only comes from tiny fluff balls in your backyard.

They’re low-maintenance. They’re excellent listeners. And they pair beautifully with our terroir-driven Chardonnays.
