Meet Chef Adam Gale, our brilliant Chef de Cuisine at Enclos Sonoma! 🍽️
Growing up near Portland, Maine, Adam's passion for the kitchen began as a dishwasher, sparking a journey that led him to some of the finest restaurants in the world. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, he worked at Quince in San Francisco, where he first met Executive Chef Brian Limoges.
From Eleven Madison Park in NYC to Noma in Copenhagen, Adam’s experience at world-renowned restaurants shines through in every dish at Enclos. Now, he’s working alongside Chef Brian, crafting seasonal dishes from our 16-acre organic farm for a dining experience that reflects Sonoma’s bounty.
