2022 STEAK HOUSE Cabernet Sauvignon ($36!)

Eric has a deep love of the classic American steakhouse — those hidden gems where care, hospitality, and craftsmanship reign supreme. He even wrote a book about it! We thought it would be fun to make a wine that captures that timeless, old-school charm. So we created a Cabernet Sauvignon that has a bold, savory depth of character but with a touch of juicy exuberance from Zinfandel, making a wine that is approachable and relaxed. Hi! This is THE most exciting time of year for us — harvest is starting and wines from previous harvests are being packed for FALL release!

WINE DEBUT! 2023 La Belle Promenade Chardonnay

If you’ve had the pleasure of drinking our Oregon Pinot Noir (chances are you have!) then you understand why we were excited to get our hands on some chardonnay from the same vineyard. This bottling has the strongest mineral drive of our three Chardonnays and is perfectly taut on the mid-palate. We’re talking river rock, hazelnut, star anise and orange blossom on the nose with quince, Gravenstein apple, and early apricot that glides with each sip. The finish is long and vibrant, pulsing with energy. It’s a mineral delight and will be so delicious with fresh fall seafood and holiday meals.

New Vintage! 2022 Sweet Berry Wine
It’s always exciting to release a new vintage of our flagship Sweet Berry Wine – it truly is the wine that started it all! There is no better way to celebrate our 10 year anniversary than with this new vintage. However, the path to this bottle wasn’t without drama. After years of drought, 2022 brought long-awaited rainfall–and with it, a bumper crop of plump, juicy berries. The result is bursting with bombastic aromatics with layers of raspberry, red cherry, cocoa powder, and forest floor. As Dr. Brule says, “it tastes like fruit!” To your health.

WINE TALKS: Enz Vineyard Red Wine

A uniquely California wine, Enz Vineyard Red Wine is like a big bold elegant brother to our Sweet Berry Wine, made from a blend of grapes sourced from this stunning heritage vineyard dating back to the 1800s. This is our only vintage of this special wine but a few bottles still remain on the website and in our hearts and minds. Grab a bottle, pour a glass, swirl swirl swirl and sip.

Our Spring new releases and club inclusions have just been announced and we have some exciting newness to release. This is a great time to join the club and get wine sent directly to your door -- now shipping to most states, YAY!

Here are a few highlights of everything new...

2024 Superbloom - NEW VINTAGE!
Our Cuvée Zero Zero California Table Wine, a co-ferment of red and white grapes, named after the wildflowers that erupt in Spring! This year, we also added a touch of early picked Viognier to lend a bright, zippy lift to the blend—and the result? Our seventh vintage and the freshest yet!

2024 Rosé - NEW VINTAGE!
Don't miss out on this year's iteration -- a nod to the lighter side of Zinfandel and Carignan -- it's fruity, savory and perfectly balanced for springtime.

2022 Spear Vineyard Chardonnay - NEW WINE!
Our second wine coming from Spear Vineyard, Santa Rita Hills AVA an incredibly gorgeous part of the world that produces critically acclaimed wines. There's a kind of magic when texture and nerve are in harmony -- that is the goal with this wine. It opens with slate, salt air, hazelnut, and fennel pollen, the finish is a steely ribbon of minerality. Very limited production.

2022 Viognier - NEW VINTAGE!
Originally intended to liven up our Superbloom this gorgeous Viognier proved to be incredible on it's own. Our first vintage sold out to club only in a flash and we expect this one to do the same. Grab it! Worth joining the club to get a bottle.

📣 BIG NEWS: Las Jaras/WAVES is now repped by in California! 🍷🌈

After a year-long search, we’ve found the dream team to represent our wines in our home state. From Glou Glou and .wine to Superbloom, Sweet Berry Wine, and our newest Chardonnay and Pinot Noir releases — will have it all on offer!

💫 Same wines. Same natural winemaking.
We continue to ferment spontaneously with native yeasts, keep things minimal in the cellar, and let the organically grown fruit (and vibes) shine. Our wines often live in a space between categories — clean, expressive, and hard to pin down — so finding a partner with real integrity and curiosity was key.

This marks a new chapter for Las Jaras — one rooted in intention, growth, and joy. We’re so excited to share it with you. 💥

Just released! 2023 "Cézanne"Chenin Blanc 🌴

You are going to love this new vintage! This release makes way for a delightful three wine vertical, have a little fun on a Friday night with friends and taste through 2021, 2022, and the new 2023.

Cézanne's fresh minerality dazzles the palate and then savory notes begin to shine through the gorgeously long finish. Typically, people look for wooly or linalool notes in California Chenin Blanc, but we wanted to achieve a flavor profile on par with our favorite mineral-laden Chenin Blancs from the Loire Valley.
The aromatics express crushed rock, toasted hazelnut, and lime skin while the palate is taut and builds through the attack revealing layer upon layer of mineral, quince, pippin apple, and lime. Enjoy the balance and textural sensations: roundness, minerality, and acidity. This wine is very refreshing and drinks quickly — make sure to allow time for the wine to open up before finishing the bottle!

Some good news... 2023 HIGH ELEVATION PINOT NOIR is available now!🍇
This is our newest 100% Pinot Noir blend from Mariah Vineyards and La Belle Promenade.

We have a deep appreciation for Burgundy and New World Pinot Noir crafted with an emphasis on freshness and balance. This passion led us to focus on sourcing Pinot Noir from high-elevation sites, where the vines naturally develop the minerality and tension we seek. These vineyards captivate us because their relatively warmer nighttime temperatures and minimal diurnal shifts allow the grapes to ripen evenly, resulting in Pinot Noir with remarkable balance. The 2023 grapes from our two High Elevation Vineyards revealed exceptional harmony when blended, inspiring the creation of our High Elevation Pinot Noir blend.

It features delicate aromas of red plum, savory spices, damp earth, and anise. The palate is layered with pine and bay laurel, alongside notes of plum skin and tangerine. Its dense, mineral-driven structure unfolds into flavors of dark plum, forest floor, and vibrant berries like marionberry and loganberry.
