Gloria Ferrer Winery The First Sparkling Winery in Carneros

Must be 21+ to follow.
(5226)

Gloria Ferrer is the first winery to produce world-class sparkling wine in Carneros and an icon of Sonoma Valley and Carneros. We embrace the diversity of our area, the beauty of our natural surroundings and the spirit of casual elegance and our uniquely California, Spanish and Mexican heritage. The appreciation for life and all of the moments, big and small, is the essence of Sonoma lifestyle. Ou

r wines speak to our unique estates nestled at the base of the Sonoma Mountains and Wildcat Peak and which protect us from the strongest of the Carneros breezes and provide alluvial soils that nourish our Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines. Our terroir is exceptional and distinctive -- the bay breeze, the soft hillside air, the bright sunshine and the cooling fog. Our vineyard practices allow us to capture the essence of our site in every bottle, and our winemaking practices ensure that we do. The genetic diversity of our vines is the foundation for our unique wine blends that come together to make our remarkable wines.

Seven courses, one very special evening.

For her first signature wine dinner at Gloria Ferrer, Estate Chef Danielle Fiala took guests on a journey through the vibrant Caribbean flavors of her culinary heritage, bringing each course to life with seasonal ingredients and thoughtful pairings of Gloria Ferrer estate wines.

From the first pour to the final plate, every detail told a piece of the story. A look back at an unforgettable evening around Chef Danielle’s table.

Stay tuned to reserve your seat at the next one.

Summer isn’t over until she says it is.

A few more afternoons by the pool. A few more reasons to linger. A few more moments made for her—with Gloria Ferrer in hand.

Where every bottle begins: the vineyard.

This past weekend, we welcomed the Heritage Society Class of 2026 for the first experience of their journey from grape to bottle.

Led by Vineyard Director Brad Kurtz, members went beyond the tasting room and into the vineyards themselves, exploring Home Ranch and Circle Bar to discover the land, farming, and decisions behind the wines they’ll eventually help create.

And this is only the beginning.

Over the course of their Heritage Society journey, members will experience sparkling winemaking in a way few ever do—from the vineyard and harvest to blending, dosage, and ultimately, a sparkling wine shaped by their own individual taste.

We ended the morning the only way we could: brunch, a toast, and a celebration of everything still to come.

Welcome, Heritage Society Class of 2026. Your journey starts here.

A limited-production cuvée, 40 years in the making.

Created in celebration of our 40th anniversary, this special wine pays homage to the sparkling wine that started it all. Crafted from estate-grown Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the blend reverses the varietal composition of our original reserve wine for an expression that feels both familiar and strikingly unique.

With graceful layers of vanilla, toasted hazelnut and pear, vibrant mineral acidity, and lifted honeysuckle aromas, it’s a celebration of four decades of sparkling winemaking in Carneros.

Produced in limited quantities. Visit the link in bio to secure your bottle.

What a weekend to remember. From live music, vineyard views, sparkling wines, delicious bites, and unforgettable moments shared with our wine club members and guests, our 40th Anniversary Celebration was a true reflection of everything we love about this community.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate four decades of sparkling memories. Here's to honoring our past, celebrating the present, and raising a glass to many more years ahead.
