Today we celebrate the people who dedicate their lives to the art of wine.

We are incredibly fortunate to have one of the world's most accomplished sommeliers helping shape the vision of Moon Hollow.

Christophe Tassan is a Meilleur Ouvrier de France Sommelier (M*F), one of the highest honors in French craftsmanship and hospitality. Only a small number of sommeliers in history have earned this distinction.

What makes Christophe truly special, however, is not the title. It's the way he shares his knowledge. His passion for wine is matched only by his generosity in helping others discover the joy of it.

Whether he's leading a tasting, walking the vineyard, or opening a cherished bottle from his cellar for a friend, Christophe brings curiosity, humility, and enthusiasm to every wine moment.

Last night was something special ✨

Moon Hollow had the honor of pouring wines at the new Ice House’s inaugural dinner. An exciting evening celebrating new beginnings with a full room of friends & fans. We were invited as the wine hosts, and it was a true pleasure to share our wines in such a beautiful setting.

Park Avenue Catering’s culinary creations, along with their incredible staff, made the entire experience seamless and delicious.

Grateful to the new owners of the Ice House for including us in such a meaningful night. Cheers 🍷

Bright and early this morning our
2025 Sauvignon Blanc was successfully moved into bottle and labeled. In another year or so we will have it available to be enjoyed but for now it’s moving to its next stage to rest and relax.
