There’s something about Sonoma that feels especially right for slowing down with the people who raised us. 🤍

This Mother’s Day weekend, we’re feeling a little sentimental — wishing we could be spending it with our own moms instead of loving them from afar. So this year, we’re leaning into what we know best here at The Wolf & Horseshoe: slow mornings, good food, a glass of wine in hand, sunshine by the pool, long conversations, and time together that actually feels like time together.

If you’ve been thinking about sneaking away with your mom, your daughter, or someone who’s simply been a mothering force in your life, we’d love to host you.

Lately, some of our happiest moments have been the quieter ones— birds chirping out the garden, sunsets out on a walk, or simply soaking in the beauty that surrounds us here in Sonoma.

With a little more time to slow down, we’ve found ourselves in awe of it all—
the trees and their fruit, the rolling vineyards, the rugged coastline, and the animals we get to share it with.

There is so much beauty here. ❤️
And so much worth caring for.

At The Wolf & Horseshoe, we are grateful to be reminded every day that the way we live on the land matters.
