What happens when you mix a croissant and a muffin....you get a CRUFFIN!! The sweet flavor of a muffin in delicious flaky layers of a croissant. I will be at tractor supply in Etown today from 4-6:30pm with limited amounts of these delicious cruffins!! But I also have my famous sourdough chocolate chip cookies and regular sourdough bread, jalapeño cheddar sourdough bread and some starter!!

After bulking up my sourdough starter, on a whim I made a batch of bagels and this time I added my triple berry jam! I added it to the dough and then while shaping I added a ribbon of it in the middle. Toasted with a bit of cream cheese is absolutely delicious! You get the subtle berry sweet flavor in the dough and the pop of jam with every bite. Considering making this a staple on my fall/winter menu 🤔

It's been a long time since I posted. Early summer I had appendicitis that led to a whole summer of health issues. I am feeling much better now and am finally getting back into the swing of things. And my oh my do I have a lot of birds!! I am slowly reducing my population so be prepared for postings but I had to share this lovely lady out of my project red pen. I am excited to have her in my spring line up for breeding!!
