Recipe of the week
Beef Stew
1 lb stew meat
1/2 onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1 bay leaf
8 oz can tomato sauce
2 medium potatoes
Lightly sautee meat with onion in oil. Add remaining ingredients with 12 oz water and simmer for 1 to 1-1/2 hours

Menu of the week:
Savory Short ribs.
1 lb short ribs
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Place in a roasting pan half full of water. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours or all day in the crock pot.
Melt in your mouth.
