Hey friends! Did you know watermelon is filled with a high water content, antioxidants, potassium, minerals and amino acids? That means eating watermelon is good for muscle soreness, reduces kidney disorders, helps prevent cancer, hydrates your body, improves digestion, is good for your heart, and lowers blood pressure. Who knew something so tasty would have so many benefits, right? Tomorrow we will have not one watermelon 🍉 juice but TWO! Woohoo! This Fridays menu will be watermelon 🍉 cucumber 🥒 pineapple 🍍 juice along with watermelon 🍉 lemon 🍋 strawberry 🍓 juice! I hope to see you all at the starting at 4pm!

We had SO much fun yesterday for their grand opening! If you haven’t already checked out this gym, you need to now! Not only is the gym awesome but the staff is too! Some of the most wholesome people with amazing classes and opportunities to help your overall health and body confidence. It is so much more than just a gym, with multiple group exercises, semi or personal training and a number of classes they offer through the day!
