A luscious guava cake frosted with fresh whipped cream, topped with a custom Hawaiian postcard I designed and printed with my edible ink printer featuring the birthday girl herself—Hanalei. 🐾

It’s tropical, it’s adorable, and it’s giving major summer vibes. I’m ready to book a flight to Hawaii now! ✈️ 🏝️💕

The cupcakes that went with the cake from yesterday! 🦋✨

Sometimes we’ve gotta make life a little easier on ourselves while throwing birthday parties for our kiddos. One of my favorite ways is doing a small statement cake with matching cupcakes. 🧁

Display the cake, serve the cupcakes to the kiddos that can’t get the sweets fast enough, and then enjoy the cake after with the grown ups who actually sit down long enough to taste it.. 😂💖

Butterfly Season by Ella Langley is the perfect song for this cake. 🦋

For the girls who have been through hell and back and still somehow carried it all with a smile and grace. We don’t always know where we’re landing, we just know how it feels to finally start flying again. 🪽

“Don’t even know her, that girl from last October” couldn’t be more true. Healing is messy. Growth is uncomfortable. But look at us — who we’ve turned into. 💪
